Cue

Terms of Service

Effective 16 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and CueApp Labs, a sole proprietorship of Omkar Kamale, India (“we”, “us”), for the Cue desktop app, website and related services (“Cue”). By creating an account or using Cue, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

1. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old. Keep your sign-in secure; you’re responsible for activity on your account. One live session can run per account at a time. Tell us at support@cueapp.si if you think your account has been misused.

2. Plans, time and payment

3. Refunds

Purchases are final, and unused time is not refunded. We do refund duplicate or mistaken charges, and purchases where Cue didn’t work because of a problem on our side; email support@cueapp.si within 14 days of the purchase. A refund removes the purchased time from your account. This doesn’t affect any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

4. Using Cue responsibly

Cue captures and transcribes the audio of your calls. You’re responsible for using it lawfully, and you agree that:

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

5. AI suggestions

Cue’s transcripts and answers are generated automatically and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. They’re suggestions: you decide what to say and are responsible for it. Don’t rely on Cue for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.

6. Your content

You own what you put into Cue (your documents, notes and projects) and what it produces for you. You give us permission to process that content only to provide Cue to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Our software

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Cue app while your account is in good standing. Cue, its name and its software remain ours. The app updates itself to keep it secure and working.

8. Availability

Cue is in beta. We work to keep it running but don’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free, and it depends on third-party services for transcription and answers.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Cue is provided “as is”, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a lost job opportunity or business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Cue and delete your account at any time from your account page. We may end or suspend your access if you break these terms, with notice where reasonable. If we shut Cue down, we’ll give at least 30 days’ notice.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For significant changes we’ll tell you by email or in the app before they take effect; continuing to use Cue afterwards means you accept them.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, without taking away any protection the consumer law of your own country gives you.
