Do unused minutes expire?
The Hourly Pack never expires. Passes expire at the end of their 24 hours or 7 days. Monthly Pro’s time renews each month, and unused time doesn’t carry over.
How do I cancel Monthly Pro?
From your account page, choose Manage subscription. Monthly Pro stays active until the end of the month you’ve paid for. Go to your account
Who handles the payment?
Dodo Payments, Cue’s merchant of record. They take the payment, add the right sales tax or VAT for your country, and email your invoice. Cue never sees your card.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are final, but Cue refunds duplicate charges and purchases where Cue didn’t work because of a problem on its side. See the terms
Can I use Cue on more than one PC?
Yes. Sign in on each PC; your time and Work Mode projects follow your account. One live session runs at a time.
